New ad using LEGO pokes fun at Trump’s border wall

A print ad using simulated LEGO bricks contrasts the creator’s ideals with those of US President Donald Trump.

Mexican ad agency Simulador de Vuelo produced this advert using LEGO iconography, that shows a bridge over the proposed US-Mexico border wall constructed from Duplo bricks. The ad is titled ‘Build greater things’.

Ad of the World shared the new image, that makes clear how the creator differs with the current US president. Despite emphasising his links and capability to improve the ease of doing business in the US, President Trump has recently seen many private company figures resign from their roles on advisory councils.

Updated October 2017: Despite initial reports to the contrary, this is not an official LEGO advert and was created by Xavier Espana Fernandez. His website confirms ‘All ad works were done by personal enjoyment, so none of them is officially approved any brand.’ The article has been amended to reflect this.
