Master Wu is voiced by none other than martial arts and action film legend Jackie Chan. The NINJAGO team’s leader is described to be ‘as wise-cracking as he is wise’…

Enter Lord Garmadon

Enter Lord Garmadon

The NINJAGO team will face off against a formidable and familiar foe in Lord Garmadon. NINJAGO fans will note how he already has his four arms in place, as he assembles an army to ‘conquer NINJAGO’.

A New City

A New City

At first glance it looks like The LEGO Movie’s Bricksburg, but under attack is the City of NINJAGO, with design taking clear inspiration from the modern super cities of Shanghai and Beijing.

Holy Hopping Green Dragon

One of the standout shots is Lloyd’s leap from a truly magnificent rendering of his fabled green dragon, unleashing at the same time both epic awesomeness and our great hopes for this to be one of the movie’s tie-in LEGO sets.

Shark Attack

The key antagonist is also certainly one for showmanship, as Lord Garmadon makes quite the grand entrance into destruction riding none other than a giant flying robotic shark.

The film will play heavily on the relationship between Lloyd and his father, Lord Garmadon, at the same time as imbuing the story with the LEGO Movie Universe’s now firmly established brand of humour.

The LEGO NINJAGO Movie is set for release on September 22, 2017. In the meantime, you can get caught up on the current LEGO NINJAGO sets at shop.LEGO.com.
