Newcastle United organise charity raffle to win LEGO St James’ Park
If you have always wanted to own a LEGO brick replica of the Magpies’ stadium, then this raffle that the Newcastle United Foundation is running might be for you.
The impressive scale model is the grand prize in the raffle that has been organised by Newcastle United FC’s official charity, with other prizes including signed Newcastle merchandise. Tickets for the raffle cost £5.00, available at www.nufoundation.org.uk/win. The competition runs until May 1, or until the 4,000 tickets are all sold.
Steve Mayes has built the LEGO St James’ Park, of which Kate Bradley, head of the Newcastle United Foundation, said:
We are amazed at how detailed each replica is. They really are a unique piece of memorabilia for a Newcastle United Lego enthusiast! There has already been a lot of interest in the models and we hope our fans get behind the raffle to help raise vital funds for the Foundation so we can reach even more people in the local community through football.
