Reese Witherspoon excited for LEGO DC Super Hero Girls
LEGO DC Super Hero Girls will be launched worldwide in January 2017, with an early release at the end of November in the USA – for Hollywood actor Reese Witherspoon, the new theme cannot come soon enough. She shared her enthusiasm on Facebook with the following status:
It’s good news for the LEGO Group, as the star specifically highlights that she wants to buy them for her son – with the controversy that surrounded the launch of LEGO Friends, any reminder that children of either gender can play with any LEGO product is a win for the company.
Three DC Super Hero Girls will be released in the USA on November 27. The theme is based on a cross-platform story line featuring the biggest characters from the DC Universe at high school, told predominantly through a series of YouTube shorts.
