When the LEGO Group loses a piece…

Everyone has made the mistake of missing a piece when building a LEGO set – apparently, that even includes the professionals producing the LEGO catalogue covers.

Brick Fanatics’ own features writer Daniel Konstanski spotted the difference between the 10259 Winter Village Station on the cover of the LEGO D2C Christmas catalogue and the version inside.

No wonder the minifigures are going outside, it must be rather intolerable indoors with all of the snow that is spoiling the coffee and ruining the cosy setting.

As fans can see in the above image, 10259 Winter Village Station is missing a roof panel on the cover of the catalogue. For anyone who has proudly displayed a set, only to realise something was misplaced, it will be a relief to know that even the professionals make mistakes occasionally.

10259 Winter Village Station and 10254 Winter Holiday Train are currently available to order at shop.LEGO.com.
